The Baker's Hole Campground is situated in the Custer Gallatin National Forest, approximately 3 miles north of West Yellowstone, Montana. It's a medium-sized campground with 73 campsites, including 33 sites with electrical hookups. The campground is positioned alongside the Madison River, close to Hebgen Lake.

In fact, in 2021, a tragic incident occurred where a 40-year-old man lost his life due to a grizzly bear attack near the Baker's Hole Campground.
