Additional Info: Granite Creek Campground is situated on Granite Creek in the Bridger-Teton National Forest in western Wyoming, which is located about 30 miles south of Jackson. The campground offers 58 campsites, many of which are first-come, first-served. The sites can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers, and have picnic tables and fire rings. The campground also has drinking water and vault toilets, but no showers or electrical hookups.

Just outside the Granite Creek Campground area is Granite Hot Springs. The hot springs & canpground are situated in a beautiful forested setting and can be accessed via a 12-mile dirt road. There is a small admission fee to use the hot springs, which features a large pool with water temperatures ranging from 93 to 112 degrees Fahrenheit.

Another popular hot spring in the area is the Boiling River Hot Springs, which is located just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The hot springs are situated at the point where a hot spring flows into the Gardner River, creating a unique natural swimming pool with water temperatures ranging from 85 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Visitors must obtain a permit to access the Boiling River Hot Springs.

In addition to hot springs, the surrounding area offers numerous outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, and scenic drives. Visitors can explore the nearby Bridger-Teton National Forest, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone National Park, all of which offer stunning natural beauty and abundant wildlife.
