Bakers Hole Campground, MT -2013

Bakers Hole Campground, MT - August 8-12. Site #11. Forest Service Campground with water nearby. Elevation 6575 ft. 73 total sites.

Bakers Hole campground on the Madison River. Actually, this turned out to be a pretty nice campground. It's close to both the town of West Yellowstone and the west entrance of the National Park. The only drawback is highway noise. This evening we watched Osprey catch fish as we walked this section of the Madison. Actually, as we walked along the bank of the river, we went into and out of Yellowstone NP.
