Following our visit at Memaloose State Park, we took a short drive over to Washington to spend the night at Klickitat Canyon & Columbia Gorge Winery.

Klickitat Canyon & Columbia Gorge Winery is a small, family-owned winery located in the scenic town of Lyle, Washington. Situated in the heart of the Columbia Gorge region, the winery is known for its commitment to producing high-quality, handcrafted wines that capture the unique terroir of the area.
The winery was founded by a family with deep roots in the region, who have been growing grapes and making wine for generations. Their vineyards are located 1,000 feet above the Columbia River, where the cool, dry climate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for growing a variety of grape varietals. The winery's wines are processed entirely by hand, allowing the true character of the grapes to shine through in the final product.
In addition to its award-winning wines, Klickitat Canyon & Columbia Gorge Winery also operates a tasting room and farm store on-site. Visitors can sample the winery's offerings, learn about the winemaking process, and purchase bottles to take home.
