Quiet little campground tucked away on the North Fork of the Malheur River.

Pros:
• Campground dated, but clean.
• Quiet (we were the only ones there).
Cons:
• Most sites near the river were not suitable for motorhomes.

Overall Experience: neutral

We were missing the road, so we decided to take a mini road trip to Oregon's Northeast section of the state to check it out. Chukar Park was our first stop. The campground was about six miles off the main highway, down a gravel road that was actually in very good condition. We had our choice of campsites and chose one that backed up to the river.
