We were missing the road, so we decided to take a mini road trip to Oregon's Northeast section of the state to check it out. Chukar Park was our first stop. The campground was about six miles off the main highway, down a gravel road that was actually in very good condition. We had our choice of campsites and chose one that backed up to the river.
